Prenatal Pilates

The pregnancy is a period of enormous, physical and emotional modifications but however it is a health and well-being condition.
Pilates in pregnancy offers so many benefits that it is impossible to list them all.


The Pilates technique is ideal during the pregnancy because it is delicate and effective. It is concentrated on stabilisation of the vertebral column, strengthening postural muscles, above all the core and the pelvic floor. It teaches deep breathing, without reducing the quantity of blood to the child.


Pilates is a harmonic technique that aims to lengthen muscles but also to strengthen them without using vigorous or overly dynamic movements and it helps to re-find or retain the sense of equilibrium.

Pilates increases the abdominal surface and lengthens the spine, creating more space for the child.
Pilates allows to control better what happens to the body, but more than everything Pilates allows a woman to feel better in this “temporary body”.

Taking all your favourite gym-based activities and moving them outdoor, using more "natural" equipment. Throwing, lifting, running and HIIT spint snacks, swimming are all included, as well as a spot of sunrise yoga and pilates to help feed your soul. You'll find wellness gains and a reconnection to the elements that we often take for granted.

Baby swimming

The first school your baby will meet! In the baby swimming program from 12 months to 4 years, we will learn with you to dive, swim, balance and breathe properly, while you will see that the specialized exercise book will help his cardiorespiratory, immune, digestive and neuromuscular system! The lessons last 30 minutes, are done by specialized instructors and children up to 3 years old are accompanied by their parents in the pool.

PILATES

Pilates is one of the most transformative practices that you can do for your body. Pilates focusing on technique and posture to make your workouts more effective, meaning you’ll see better results in less time. Experience a unique and transformative approach to pilates that will have you feeling not just stronger, longer, and leaner but also relieved of physical tension and mental stress. Our goal and philosophy is the safe initiation of new skiers in the magical world of skiing and the development of motor skills in relation to the natural environment.

Learning is structured according to the age and the level of knowledge of the child, in 5 teaching levels (Levels).

Learning to swim is a key life skill for any child. Swimming lessons teach independence, allows them to get active while enjoying themselves, gives them the ability to get themselves out of potentially life-threatening situations and enables them to enjoy trips to the seaside and beach holidays to the full. Our adult swimming lessons cater for all abilities. From complete beginners, all the way to people who are confident in the water but want to improve their stroke technique, stamina and overall ability.

After I had a knee surgery I needed a PT to help me get back to where I was before the accident. Vasiliki’s aporoach helped me a lot during this process with her knowledge and patience. She designed a bespoke plan for my needs and helped me stick to it by knowing when to pushing me until I got my confidence back! The workouts were always different which made it a lot of fun so I continued working out with her after my rehab was completed! I highly recommend working out with Vasiliki!
